Partnering with emc3 to Bring the Vision to Life

At NI Connect 2024 in Austin, TX, we had the privilege of partnering with the brilliant team at emc3 as the Technical Producer for the event’s standout Experience Lounge.

Brought on by emc3 — Matthew Hoagland, our Co-Founder and CEO, collaborated closely with both emc3 and their client to translate creative vision into real-world execution. From early diagrams to on-site walkthroughs, we worked hand-in-hand with the agency team to ensure every technical detail aligned with the aesthetic and functional goals.

This wasn’t just about gear and grids — it was about experience architecture. Our team created detailed 3D renderings that helped visualize every element of the lounge, right down to the sponsored activations, sofa placements, and potted plants. These renderings became a key decision-making tool, allowing the agency and their client to refine layouts and finalize flow before anything hit the show floor.

On-site, Matthew oversaw the full technical execution with precision — ensuring that lighting, power, staging, and all tech integrations ran flawlessly. The result? A seamless, immersive lounge environment that served as a highlight of the entire event.
