As CEO and Co-Founder of MH Productions, Matthew is known for his integrity, creative vision, and deep commitment to turning client ideas into unforgettable realities. He leads with a balance of innovation and practicality, ensuring every experience is both technically flawless and emotionally impactful.

Based in Houston, Matthew is a husband, father of three, and long-time creative leader. He has served in his local church for over a decade, applying his production and fabrication skills to bring meaningful experiences to life through service and ministry. His leadership is grounded in the same values he lives by at home — integrity, faith, and a dedication to building lasting relationships with clients, teams, and partners.

Abby Hoagland is the strategic heartbeat behind MH Productions — a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, logistics, and connection. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Abby brings a rare blend of operational precision, artistic instinct, and relational strength to every production.

With a background in photography, music ministry, and management, Abby has spent years honing her ability to balance creativity with structure — skills that now drive the behind-the-scenes engine of MH Productions. From executive operations and budgeting to team leadership and client care, she ensures every project runs with intention, excellence, and heart.

She’s a natural communicator, a calm-in-the-storm kind of leader, and someone who always brings clarity to complex challenges.

Honing her strength as an entrepreneur whose personal journey — including overcoming a life-threatening illness in 2023 — fuels her commitment to live with integrity, lead with faith, and build something meaningful alongside her husband and co-founder, Matthew Hoagland.
