CEO & Co-Founder, MH Productions

Matthew has over 15 years of experience spanning stage work, audio engineering, 3D design, and event production. His ground-up expertise gives him a rare ability to lead with both precision and empathy, ensuring every project is as technically seamless as it is memorable.

Known for his integrity and creative vision, Matthew has built MH Productions alongside his wife and co-founder Abby on a foundation of trust, purpose, and people-first excellence. Based in Houston, he is also a husband, father of three, and long-time creative leader in his local church, where he has spent over a decade using his production skills to craft meaningful experiences through service and ministry.

Abby Hoagland

COO & Co-Founder, MH Productions

Abby Hoagland is the COO and Co-Founder of MH Productions, known for her unique ability to fuse creativity, logistics, and leadership into seamless execution. With a background in photography, music ministry, and management, she leads operations, budgeting, and client care with both precision and heart. A natural communicator and calm problem-solver, Abby brings clarity and structure to every production. Her journey—including overcoming a life-threatening illness in 2023—shapes her commitment to lead with integrity and purpose. Together with her husband and co-founder Matthew, she’s built MH Productions on a foundation of trust, faith, and people-first excellence.

Our Story

Before MH Productions became a full-service experiential agency, we spent over a decade in the trenches; freelancing, producing, coordinating, running AV, and managing the moving parts no one sees. We’ve been the ones backstage with headsets, behind the camera, and in the chaos of it all. That’s where we learned what really matters: clear communication, calm under pressure, creative problem-solving, and delivering with care and integrity every time.

We took that knowledge, the hard-earned experience of making events actually happen, and built something bigger. MH Productions was founded to bring high-level strategy, flawless execution, and intentional storytelling under one roof. Today, we produce events and experiences from concept to completion with precision, heart, and the kind of clarity that only comes from living it.

We don’t just manage events. We lead them—with care, passion, and a deep respect for people and the industry.
